Genesis 50:20-21

The Message

^19-21 Joseph replied, “Don’t be afraid. Do I act for God? Don’t you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now—life for many people. Easy now, you have nothing to fear; I’ll take care of you and your children.” He reassured them, speaking with them heart-to-heart.

The Message

What a Blessing When God Corrects You!

^8-16 “If I were in your shoes, I’d go straight to God,
    I’d throw myself on the mercy of God.
After all, he’s famous for great and unexpected acts;
    there’s no end to his surprises.
He gives rain, for instance, across the wide earth,
    sends water to irrigate the fields.
He raises up the down-and-out,
    gives firm footing to those sinking in grief.
He aborts the schemes of conniving crooks,
    so that none of their plots come to term.
He catches the know-it-alls in their conspiracies—
    all that intricate intrigue swept out with the trash!
Suddenly they’re disoriented, plunged into darkness;
    they can’t see to put one foot in front of the other.
But the downtrodden are saved by God,
    saved from the murderous plots, saved from the iron fist.
And so the poor continue to hope,
    while injustice is bound and gagged.

6am Father, what the enemy meant for evil in finances, enterprise, and provision, turn it for kingdom good.

9am Frustrate the devices of the crafty so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise against us.

12pm Every spirit of resistance stationed at the gate of progress, be removed by the fire of God.

3pm I break delay, sabotage, malicious reporting, false accusation, and covert opposition against righteous labor.

6pm Lord, give Your people favor that silences hostile voices and opens strategic doors.

9pm I decree prosperity in the midst of hostility and progress in the face of resistance.

12am Let hidden support, divine allies, and lawful opportunities arise suddenly for kingdom advancement.

3am O God, turn every organized opposition into a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.
