Daniel wasn’t new to God.
He had grown up around faith.
Sunday services.
Occasional prayers.
Moments of conviction that came… and went.
He knew the language.
But lately, something felt off.
Not wrong.
Just… empty.
He would scroll through his phone late at night — messages, news, videos — searching for something he couldn’t explain.
Then he would stop.
Sit back.
And feel it again.
That quiet ache.
Not loud.
Not dramatic.
But persistent.

In Nairobi.
In Berlin.
Different cities.
Same feeling.
“There has to be more.”
He had tried to ignore it.
Tried to distract it.
Tried to replace it.
But hunger doesn’t disappear.
It only hides… until it returns.

“What if this hunger… is God calling me closer?”
